Project Management & Planning Ops Representative Staff - Level 4

The selected candidate will be a site lead of the program integration team within Lockheed Martins Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Skunk Works operating at the Fort Worth, TX site.

What You Will Be Doing

This program integration lead will be responsible for the day to day operations supporting all program personnel located at the Fort Worth, TX site.

The successful candidate will be expected to proactively address various needs of a large organization and respond to operational issues before they become crises.

This position will work closely with engineering staffing coordinators to ensure staffing needs are appropriately tracked, personnel are properly equipped to be productive on day one of joining the program, and remain equipped to be effective throughout the program life cycle. This includes collaborating with Information Technology (IT) to ensure hardware and software requirements are identified and delivered in a timely fashion. This position will also coordinate with facilities and security for the development and maintenance of program spaces, including escort support.

This position will also support generating program operational status for ADP leadership and assisting with special projects as needed, including process improvements.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. Basic Qualifications:
* Experience leading a team
* Experience in program support, project management, facilities, and/or administration
* Experience managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Desired Skills:
* Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, from new hires to leaders
* Previous Military Experience a plus
* Ability to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis
* Experience using Microsoft Office products to analyze data to manage and improve program processes
* Demonstrated experience effectively utilizing Aeronautics HR, IT, Facilities and SCM processes
* Ability to create and manage project schedules
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project a plus.
* Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access or ability to obtain Secret Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
