We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee strategic project development and implementation for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of products or services, ensuring they meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the strategic development and implementation of projects from design to completion.Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders, including customers, to ensure project success.Traveling as needed for project-related activities, with up to 25% travel required.Coordinating all project aspects and overseeing schedules.Assessing implementation issues and risks, and developing resolutions to ensure productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.Creating detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports.Collaborating with vendors to ensure project execution within scope and deadlines.Proactively addressing escalations and problem-solving.Working closely with Sales, Operations, and clients to drive project transition and maintenance.Managing project documentation and updates in relevant systems.Providing regular status reports to management teams and leading client and internal meetings.Maintaining expertise in healthcare service implementations and project management technology. Skills & Requirements: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field preferred.PMP Certification highly preferred, along with Six Sigma Certification.3-5 years of relevant project management and/or management experience, plus at least 2 years of business experience.Experience with clinical environments or clinical implementations.Proficiency in Salesforce, Cloud Coach, Smartsheet, or similar tools.Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to individuals at all organizational levels.Strategic thinker with strong operational and detail-oriented focus.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.Self-directed with the capability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.Agile mindset focused on ensuring client success.
