Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager Airports & Transportation in any of our 17 office locations.
You will have the opportunity to see and contribute in projects from start to finish.
The various projects you'll be working on make a significant and positive impact on the communities you serve.
Our team has a range of experience from providing services at small General Aviation airports to commercial service airports.

Responsibilities:
The work you may do Responsible for helping the firm maintain client relationships.
Potential to assist with developing new clients.
Coordinate meetings with clients, the public, local officials, and contractors Project management, contracting, cost estimates and client invoicing (WI airports / FAA projects preferred) Assist with marketing, proposals, and project interviews Assist with project design, permitting, and technical reports Attend annual Wisconsin Aviation Conference to help with marketing efforts Manage construction projects as a resident engineer

Qualifications:
What you bring Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience: 6+ years of experience with Civil engineering projects required (aviation strongly preferred or WisDOT Highways) A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required (transportation/aviation focus preferred) PE license required Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil3D a plus.
Knowledge of FAA and Wisconsin Bureau of Aeronautics procedures strongly preferred or willingness to learn Construction oversight management as a project leader / resident engineer strongly preferred Prior experience with mentoring, team management, marketing and contracting or a desire to step into that role Previous experience with project management and client relationships required Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as solid personal and team skills This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.

Paid Time Off All full-time employees will receive, at minimum, 17 days (thats 3+ weeks!)
of paid time off in the first year alone.
Paid Holidays MSA offers time off pay for 8 holidays in every calendar year.
Paid Parental Leave Both parents will receive 2 weeks of paid time off and birth parents are eligible for additional paid time off under MSAs Short Term Paid Leave.
The paid 2 weeks of time also applies to adoption and foster care placement.
Supplemental Insurance MSA pays 100% for all employees to have life insurance, long-term disability insurance and short-term disability insurance.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) MSA is an ESOP S-Corporation, which means that our company is 100% owned by us!
Through the ESOP, eligible employees receive MSA stock in the form of company shares as a percentage of compensation, at no cost to the employee.
401k Retirement Savings Plan Employees can also choose to participate in a 401k plan, with a generous employer match that is immediately 100% vested.
Short Term Incentive (STIP) This program rewards employees who meet performance goals with a one-time annual STIP payment as a percentage of their eligible compensation recognition of individual accomplishments and achieving organizational goals.
STIP payments are awarded if MSA reaches its corporate financial plan for the year.
