Project Manager- Civil

Position Overview: The Project Manager position is responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction projects from start to finish. This position will plan, coordinate, and execute civil construction projects in a cost-effective manner, while ensuring quality control. The Project Manager will also be responsible for hiring personnel, delegating tasks, and managing risk.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute civil construction projects in a cost-effective manner. Manage civil construction projects from start to finish. Develop project plans and schedules using tools such as MS Office, Primavera P6, B2W Track, Microsoft Project, and Excel. Hire personnel and delegate tasks to ensure project deadlines are met. Analyze mathematical concepts in order to assess risks associated with construction projects. Maintain quality control throughout the duration of the project. Monitor and manage budgets. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus 5+ years of project management and/or construction management experience. Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with MS Office, Primavera P6, B2W Track, Microsoft Project, and Excel. Knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
