Project Manager Duties:
Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Project Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience working on projects valued up to $20M is preferred but not necessary.
Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience.
