We are searching for an innovative Commercial Project Manager to lead and execute our commercial and internal strategic initiatives. With a focus on quality, business results, and cost, this role will collaborate cross-functionally to drive change, manage tight deadlines, and deliver technical solutions for product improvements and commercial products. The ideal candidate is well versed in project management, requirements gathering, creative problem solving, and possesses a strong scientific background with a demonstrated ability to influence change. The Commercial Project Manager will mentor, train, and develop others, navigate complex project requirements, and seamlessly interface with cross-functional teams. 
\n What You'll Do: Coordinate project initiatives with cross-functional leadership to align priorities, define deliverables, and successfully develop and implement solutionsCreate and maintain Project management strategy, tools, and documentation for highly-leveraged commercial projectsFacilitate resource planning, prioritization, and trade-off discussions and manage Project budgetsCollaborate with product, marketing, R&D,  operations, and quality leads to estimate the level of effort and projected benefit, define success metrics, identify dependencies and break Project and project scope into actionable workstreamsProvide transparency and predictability of initiatives for stakeholdersDrive entire Project life cycle, including ideation, analysis, go to market planning, and commercialization, so that end result aligns with product/portfolio objectives and overarching strategy, while ensuring that product/partner requirements are incorporated into Synthego's product roadmapCommunicate details such as Project status and risks to various levels of the organization; persuasion through reasoning and data; and resolution of conflicts over goals, priorities, and approach About You: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, ideally engineering, biology, or chemistryProficient in project management methods such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, applied and led cross-functional teams utilizing these principlesStrong understanding of organizational best practices and continuous improvement methodologiesExcellent interpersonal skillsExperience working with technical/commercial teams embracing agile development tactics; start-up experience preferredProven success with using effective Project management tools and strategies that scale across teams that use a variety of tool sets for collaboration and task managementExcellent problem-solving and organization skillsExperience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technicalA strong bias for action leveraging risk management techniques and escalating challenges accordinglyCalm, collected, and able to bring order to chaotic situations Company Perks & Benefits: Equity options Medical, dental, and vision benefits (90% covered for employees, 70% for dependents) 401k ProgramCatered meals on Tuesday and ThursdayPaid parental leave (gender neutral) Flexible paid time off
\n$115,000 - $140,000 a year
