The Project Manager of Consulting is responsible for overseeing and performing administrative functions concerned with a project. These responsibilities will include calling clients, partners, and vendors, making appointments and preparing reports. The Project Manager serves as a direct liaison between the client and the provider to ensure the timely and accurate production of client's documents. The incumbent will work with external and internal resources to ensure flawless execution of projects.
Essential Functions · Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
· Coordinate with client and site contacts to define project scopes and deliverables, and obtain information, work through potential issues, and plan sampling event.
· Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and customers.
· Communicate with customers on an ongoing basis to effectively manage the relationship and project with the client and all stakeholders.
· Schedule and coordinate with internal field pros or outside subcontractors to get the sampling completed in the field.
· Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide to the appropriate parties when needed.
· Issue status reports to the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
· Review field logs and final reports.
· Other duties as assigned.

Travel Required · Occasional travel may be required, as needed.
Education and Experience · Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field and or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in customer service.
- Previous experience as a project coordinator or project manager is required.
\n Physical RequirementsThis job operated primarily in an office environment with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc. This job also occasionally requires walking, climbing stairs and lifting of equipment. Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds.
