Position Summary:

The Installation Field Project Manager will be responsible for the installation, coordination and management of signage & dcor installation, in retail environments.
This position would require some travel during the week (approx.
30% travel per month).
This position requires a positive team player who will foster and maintain good team relations.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Project set up by reviewing project plans, docs & timelines, ensuring all details available and aligned.
Coordinate with necessary trades aligning with budget.
Work with various teams to confirm site readiness & material deliveries.
Oversite and management of the crews installing wallpaper, vinyl and dcor style graphics per plans (train when necessary).
Attend weekly meetings, site meetings and progress walks per schedule/program.
Identify, document, communicate, and help to resolve any issues.
Ensuring Imagine standard of quality is being met.
Look for opportunities to improve processes and support growth.

Minimum Qualifications:"Signage" experience preferred, but not a requirement.
Will train the right individual Knowledge and Skills:Ability to understand and use misc.
apps/technology for job site reporting.
Good communications and 'people' skills.
Physical Requirements:

The candidate needs to be able to safely perform the following tasks: Ability to drive or fly up to 8 hours to get to project location(s), and sit for prolonged periods of time during travel.
Ability to walk/stand for prolonged periods of time when onsite.
Ability to lift 60 pounds as needed.
Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body, and be able to work in various position, or move safely over uneven terrain or confined spaces.
Have appropriate visual, verbal, and hearing acuity to follow and give instructions, and respond to potential unsafe or dangerous situations.
Ability to safely climb ladders.


The national pay range for this role is $60,000 - $79,000 a year.The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location.
The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location.
In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
