Project Manager within the Global Technology Department will deliver specific and approved projects in the best interests of the customer, managing budget, scope, risks, issues, schedule, and resources to deliver desired project benefits.
This role will report directly into the Project Management Lead under Transversal Services supporting North America Insurance Applications.

What will your essential responsibilities include?


Manage moderate to complex projects within the framework and governance model in use at AXA XL (both Agile and Waterfall) Comprehensive Project definition, including scope, cost, time and quality estimates Build Robust project teams, and establish excellent working relationships with project stakeholders Prepare and maintain up to date project plans and budget forecasts collaboratively with all key project team members Excellent risk, issue and dependency management, proactively identifying and mitigating items to keep projects on track Manage project scope, including change controls Managing project progress and reporting project status to stakeholders and management Establish robust partnership with Project Management Office You will report to North America Project Management Team Lead.

Required Skills and Abilities: Moderate experience managing moderate to complex projects\programs Experience driving projects of technical nature Ability to run multiple projects at the same time Insurance industry experience and knowledge Ability to provide innovative solutions based on understanding of business objectives or technological objectives Excellent problem solving with a willingness to pursue creative solutions PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Proficient user of project management tools for example MS Project, MS Office Suite, Financial Tracking Desired Skills and Abilities: Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile (SAFE) certifications Property casualty insurance experience and knowledge FIND your future

The U.S. pay range for this position is USD 75,500 - 149,000.
Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience, and location.
