Salary: $70,000 - $130,000

What You Need: Proven experience in HVAC project management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance practices Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of industry regulations and building codes What You Will Do: Lead and manage HVAC projects from conception to completion Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource plans Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to industry standards Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner Provide leadership and guidance to project team members Communicate project status updates and milestones to stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle Benefits Salary: $70,000 - $130,000  Paid Time Off Career Advancement Opportunties  Health Insurance 401k Plans & More!
