The Project Manager in People Excellence is an integral part of our Operational Excellence framework, focusing on engaging employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and optimizing workforce performance. This role is designed for individuals passionate about aligning individual capabilities with organizational goals to empower and motivate employees, thereby contributing to overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

This position will be remote. 
Responsibilities:
Effectively manages projects of moderate scope leading the project team to execute against timeline and budget metrics. Creates a clear project Scope statement, and builds a supporting plan which effectively factors in resource availability, task durations and dependencies, budgets and costs
Checks progress regularly against the plan and makes adjustments to optimize execution. Documents progress against the project plan throughout the project. Formulates status reports and presents to the team and immediate manager. Status reports are expected to be concise summaries, tailored to the audience
Acts independently to address minor issues and risks, and works these until resolved. On major issues/risks with resources and/or budget, provides recommendations for mitigation plan for review by management. Adjusts the plan per management guidelines as delays or obstacles are experienced
May lead multiple limited-scope/small derivative projects simultaneously
Implement initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and motivation
Create and maintain career development pathways to equip employees with skills for operational excellence

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field 
2+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate communication and facilitation skills
Intermediate presentation skills. Demonstrated comfort in presenting to peer level or one level up cross functional audiences
Demonstrated working knowledge of fundamentals with project management approaches, tools and methodologies
Intermediate skills in PC based documentation tools including MS Office
Intermediate skills in delegation and follow up

Salary:USD 65500.00 - USD 98300.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
