Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution:Work with stakeholders/Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for digital transformation projects.Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.Implement and integrate digital tools and platforms that enhance operational efficiency, data analytics, and user experience.Stakeholder Management:Engage with internal teams, including IT, facilities management, and executive leadership, to ensure project alignment.Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.Change Management:Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new digital tools and processes.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new technologies.Performance Tracking & Reporting:Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.Prepare and present regular project updates and performance reports to senior management.Innovation & Continuous Improvement:Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive efficiency and enhance the workplace experience.Lead post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills; Project management, Digital Strategies, real esatateEducation/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms relevant to real estate and workplace environments.Proficient in project management software and methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience in implementing digital solutions in large organizations or similar industry settings.Familiarity with real estate management software and workplace optimization technologies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
