Project Manager

Responsibilities Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other bid documents Confer with architects, owners, general contractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates Identify potential risks and opportunities in project bids Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements Participate in pre-bid meetings and clarify bid requirements Ensure bids are submitted on time and in compliance with all requirements Maintain a database of historical bid data and pricing information Conduct post-bid analysis to improve future bidding processes Qualifications Bilingual communication (Spanish and English) Bachelor's degree in related field preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Time management skills to meet tight deadlines Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bids simultaneously Primarily office-based with occasional site visits May require travel to project sites or client meetings Full-time position
