Project Manager About the opportunity Due to exceptional growth and success, the RPS Project Management team is seeking motivated and qualified client-side Project Managers with NV1 Clearance, who ideally have previous experience in successfully delivering projects within Defence or similar government Agencies.
The positions may be as a Project Manager / Contract Administrator (PM/CA) or directly supporting Defence in roles spanning across a range of Defence areas including Capital Facilities & Infrastructure (CFI), Estate Planning, and Navy, Army or Air Force Headquarters.
The ideal candidates will have experience in Building and Construction, Infrastructure, Contract Management, Refit, Property Management and similar. This position can be based in Adelaide or Canberra, with a fast-paced team that is a market leader in project management specializing in the delivery of large complex projects.
About you A tertiary qualification in Construction, Architectural, Engineering, or similar is desirable;Strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, Managing Contractor and Design and Construct is preferable;Previous experience across Defence, including Defence writing skills;Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage and grow business relationships;Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner;Proactive and able to think strategically;Australian Citizen with NV1 Clearance;Ability to provide evidence to confirm vaccination status for COVID-19 to meet our client's vaccination requirements in accordance with government regulations;3 to 8 years client-side PM or a PMCA in the industries as mentioned above and familiarity with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (would be preferable, but not essential);AIPM Accreditation or equivalent would be advantageous.What's on offer Along with a competitive salary, we provide a diverse and inclusive work environment amongst a market-leading project management team that specializes in the delivery of large complex projects; you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most influential and talented leaders in the industry.
