A P&G Project Manager is responsible for:
Planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed within the defined scope, on time, within budget, and meeting the required quality standards.
They collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to coordinate all aspects of the project effectively.
Define the scope of the project, establish project goals, and develop a comprehensive project plan
Identify and manage project risks, including developing risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate the work of team members and vendors, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and changes.
Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and track expenses to ensure cost control.
Ensure that the project is completed to the required quality standards and meets all project deliverables.
Facilitate effective team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
