Responsibilities
• Support research and business services activities in managing research projects• Work with researchers to plan and direct administrative activities• Assist researchers in spending resources wisely and following rules and regulations• Remove administrative burden from Principal Investigators• Coordinate multiple assignments and review work products for quality• Maintain spreadsheets and have general computer skills• Provide strong customer service and finance/accounting skills• Obtain a Top Secret security clearance
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Accounting, Project Management, or related field• 2-4 years of experience managing cross-functional projects• Knowledge of project management methodologies and regulations• Strong skills in MS Excel and general computer skills• Ability to work with ambiguity• Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
