Overview: Primary duties will be in the support of Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) supporting the design, plan, test, implementation, and sustainment of an Enterprise network micro-segmentation software application solution. This is a security solution that divides a network into smaller, isolated segments to enhance security and reduce the attack surface. Responsibilities: The IT Task Order Project Manager is responsible for managing all phases of project execution, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. This role involves collaborating with government stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables, developing detailed project plans and schedules, and leading cross-functional teams by providing direction and support. The manager monitors project progress through regular status reports, identifies and mitigates risks, ensures compliance with government regulations, and maintains comprehensive documentation. Additionally, they facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status and foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Required Experience in years: Five (5) years leadership/managerial experience supporting DoD or Federal IT systems. Five (5) years relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields. Education Requirements: BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience. Certification Requirements: Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.) Xenith Solutions LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business founded in 2019.
