Project Manager

Greenberg Construction is a general contracting / construction management firm located in Gilbert, AZ.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide leadership and oversight on various construction projects.
You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Primary Responsibilities
Management of project team membersDetailed knowledge of complete project scope and the project partner responsible for each portion of that scopeDevelop and maintain project schedulesBudget management, cost control, and billing review/approvalProvide oversight and understand nuance of submittals, RFIs, project meetings, routine reporting, etcCoordinate and communicate with owner reps, subcontractors, suppliers, and any other project stakeholders Qualifications
8+ years of Project Management experience for a commercial general contractorBS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredPositive industry relationships and reputationHigh integrity, honesty, intelligence, and professionalismStrong leadership and communication capabilitiesAbility to problem solve and overcome challengesA "team first" attitude and a desire to excel
