The Project Manager will coordinate project tasks and engineering milestones to ensure that deadlines are met within the agreed time frame and budget.
Responsibilities include managing project tasks for development projects (new orders, new contracts) and leading and coordinating the technical scope with software engineers, firmware engineers, and electrical engineers.
The Project Manager needs to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to the company's quality standards and procedures.
Additionally, the role requires partnering with engineers to discuss and negotiate design and engineering choices for profitability and scheduled timelines.
Effective communication management between subcontractors, internal partners, and customers is also essential.

This is a fully on-site position in Pasadena, California.
Work Environment
The work environment includes a small site with office space, an assembly area, and a lab area, located in a modest office building in a small business park.
The company specializes in space avionics and sensor systems with a customer base in commercial, space, and defense markets.
All work revolves around the total success of the missions, developing, manufacturing, and testing video systems integrated into satellites, rockets, and spacecrafts, control systems for experiments and payloads, data management equipment, and sequencing systems for the timing, control, and capture of spacecraft ejection telemetry.
The company has played a key role in all major space missions, including the Space Shuttle, the International Space Station, and Artemis, with over 150 successful missions.
