Directing our unique engineering projects, the Project Manager will oversee scope, schedule, and budget of projects that help deliver custom automation and critical handling solutions.

Success Criteria:
You are confident in working with talented engineers, technicians, and support staff to meet the demands of a challenging schedule to design and build custom machines for our customer base.
This requires the ability to meet deadlines, provide schedules, assist in purchasing, and communicate on a regular basis both internally with the project team and with each customer.
You are the primary contact with the customer.
In this role, you will need to communicate regularly, assist in problem solving, negotiate solutions to problems, scope changes, and other customer-related issues.
You need to provide project updates, express any concerns, and attend to the schedule on a regular basis.
You can handle several projects at one time.
Your own time management and attention to detail are critical for your success.
Your written and verbal communications skills are assets.
You are able to relay project needs to the engineering managers, the CTO, and others who provide the necessary resources to the project.
Lastly, you will be responsible for scheduling FAT, shipping and installation of the completed project at the customer site.
You also make sure the completed documentation is delivered to close the project, including BOM, operating manuals and other documents determined by the project.
Your ability to provide a written summary of the project allows us to learn from each experience and develop our management skills and techniques for future projects.

Requirements: US Citizen or qualified to work for any employer in the United States Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering is preferred.
Knowledge of Solidworks, PLC programming, vision integration, and or laser technology a plus Successful Project Management experience Proficiency with Microsoft office or other scheduling software Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with teams.
