Project Manager

An employer based out of the Litchfield Park, AZ area is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
This person will be responsible for managing sub-contractors, safety aspects, cost estimates, scheduling, and timelines.
They will be supporting a large ground up build for a medical facility to start.
This person will also be interacting with customers to give updates on timelines and budget.

Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Construction PM 3+ years supporting commercial projects Ability to manage sub contractors, scheduling, & safety aspects Experience managing large multi story projects Ground up construction experience Permanent Position
Compensation Range : $75,000-90,000/year
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
