Client: Media / Tech Company Role: Creative Producer / Project Manager Type/Duration: 12 month contract, 40 hrs a week Start: September Location: Remote (Flexible with timezone but most team on West Coast) Rate: $55 - $63/hr DOE Qualifications: 8+ years of creative production/project management experience working directly with creative teams spanning design, copy, video, web, events and social development within the digital and tech space. Experience with paid media campigns is a plus. An eagle-eye for details, an obsession with organization and the ability to drive creative campaigns across multiple teams under tight deadlines. Multi-channel communication skills. You can run a meeting, take a phone call, answer a Slack, field an email, take impeccable notes, and post on PM software to keep everyone on the same page. A collaborative spirit, a proactive sensibility and a great sense of humor. Software proficiency in: the full Google Suite, knowledge of design software like Adobe Creative Suite & Figma is a plus, and PM software like Wrike, Workfront, Monday and Trello. Responsibilities: Lead production of large-scale scale, fully cross-functional marketing campaigns and initiatives for our suite of brands. Manage complex projects and all the people it takes to complete them. This includes scheduling meetings, setting deadlines, liaising with internal clients, organizing creative teams, delivering pep talks, standing firm on agreed upon goals, and demonstrating diplomatic skills. Oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns and initiatives from concept development to execution across media and file delivery, including but not limited to: print, digital, video, OOH, DM, social, swag, etc. Client management: You'll be the point of contact with internal clients, and you'll work with them to establish goals, deliverables, milestones, and limits. Creative management: You'll be the creative team's guide and gut-checker, helping to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts that are on strategy. Manage external agencies, production partners, or other vendors when outsourced support is required (including print production, multimedia, and motion graphics) when necessary, as well as managing SoW and PO process.
