Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Abilene, TX, Munster, IN, Metairie, LA, Hackensack, NJ Salary: $125,000-$135,000
Requirements: Project Manager experience Commercial projects with a background in Energy As A Service (EaaS) MEP, HVAC, etc.

Key Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommend actions. Maintain project plan and other project documentation, such as the project charter, project scope, resource plan, issue log, risk register, design plans and project management plans. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. Familiarity with Energy as a Service (EaaS), HVAC, Procore, Mechanical, MEP, Cooling Tower, Plumbing, Lighting, Commercial, Electrical, reduce energy, Chiller, Energy Infrastructure, valve work, Energy Savings, Hospital, control devices, pump takeoff, Utility. Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
