ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Perform risk management to minimize project risk Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Manage changes to project scopes, project schedules and project cost Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Ensure resource availability and allocation Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and issuing corrective actions as needed Meet with clients, architects, and contractors as needed to facilitate project success Coordinate project changes as needed and be willing to adapt if necessary Meet with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify specific requirements of each project as needed.
