LuxView is a solutions-oriented company that provides unsurpassed customer experience to Architects, Builders & General Contractors by supporting the entire fenestration process from inquiry to installation.
We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our growing team of Project Managers.
As a project manager, you will be the face of the LuxView brand! You will get excited about delivering an incredible experience that will have customers returning for future projects. You will understand that the details make the difference. You will set expectations clearly and communicate often. You will become a subject matter expert that guides clients through the order process to achieve the desired design. As the main point of contact for the customer, you will be the filter to internal LuxView departments, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience from introduction to product deliveryCreate pricing quotes based on the provided architectural plansPresent product solutions to unique client needs Ensure orders are correctly configured in company software including making updates as details changeManage project deliverables and schedule with sales, engineering, operations, installation and financeQualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceHighly organized and attentive to detailStrong communication skills Customer service or sales experience
