We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team, where you'll take on a pivotal role in supporting the release of multiple AI-powered products.
You will be responsible for ensuring timely and seamless delivery of features and updates across different development teams, keeping projects on track, and resolving any roadblocks that arise.
With several years of experience managing projects and releases in an agile software environment, you will work closely with the management team to navigate challenges and find solutions.
You should feel equally comfortable collaborating with stakeholders, industry experts, and engineers alike.

This role will be located in either our New York City or out West Palm Beach office.
Please note that we are currently working on a hybrid model and are in the office for four days and remote for one day each week.
Remote work is not a possibility in this role.

Responsibilities Manage project timelines and coordinate product releases, ensuring smooth delivery cycles.
Oversee multiple software development projects from initiation to release, using agile methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals, timelines, and resources align with company objectives.
Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track project progress, facilitate sprint planning, and maintain documentation.
Monitor and manage risks, dependencies, and priorities to ensure the on-time delivery of key features and releases.
Ensure effective communication and transparency across teams and stakeholders.
Continuously improve processes to optimize project and release efficiency.
Act as the key point of contact for release coordination, ensuring alignment between development, QA, and operations teams.
Requirements 3+ years of experience in project and release management for a software company, preferably a startup environment.
Strong familiarity with agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for tracking projects and maintaining documentation.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with release management processes in SaaS environments.
Knowledge of the banking industry is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills Additional certification such as PMP or PRINCE II will be a bonus
