Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of multiple small to medium projects with moderate to high complexity. This individual is responsible for taking projects from original concept through completion, acting as a single point of accountability for the projects, and utilizing SERVPRO Project Controls and Standards to ensure projects meet their stated objectives. The Project Manager must demonstrate strong commitment to stakeholder relationships by proactively communicating and taking ownership of risks/issues and facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner.
You will
Author/facilitate strategic documents such as project charters, communication plans, detailed project plans, and project updates to business owners
Organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members, and determine an effective approach to completing the work as outlined in project plan
Manage vendor relations by assessing the supplier needs for the project and setting objectives for cost, delivery schedules, and reliability
Coordinate Development, Quality Assurance and Technology resources as required ensuring successful project deliverables
Manage and communicate a clear project scope and motivate team members to achieve agreed upon tasks/objectives
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies
Identify, prepare, and/or ensure completion of high quality, professional deliverables as required by each project plan
Create, manage, and monitor the project budget by collaborating with stakeholders to establish budgetary constraints, allocate funds to various project activities, track expenses, identify potential cost overruns, and adjust as needed to ensure the project stays within budget
Schedule and facilitate weekly project status meetings with core project team
Manage and cultivate relationships with multiple business owners and team members to accomplish project activities
Communicate difficult/sensitive information to project participants in a tactful and timely fashion
Provide clear and direct communications with others, both verbally and in written form
Demonstrate expertise by providing sound, creative Project Management approaches and a thorough knowledge of technical business systems
Exhibit a passion for standardization and continuous improvement efforts by optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of consistency and excellence across all projects
Work in collaboration with the EPMO to ensure agreed upon standards and practices are utilized/implemented across the organization
Be attentive to detail and manage own work effectively
Provide other duties and functions as requested by your manager and Extended Leadership Team

You Have
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
Two to five years of experience leading small to medium projects (technical integration projects preferred)
Experience with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint)
Experience with Smartsheets is preferred, but not required
Experience with Lucid is preferred, but not required
Experience with JIRA is preferred, but not required
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or equivalent experience in Business-related field
