Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Location: Ashland, VA Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire Salary: Up to $100,000 per year (Depending on Experience) Benefits: Insurance Offered (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.) Job Description: We are seeking a Project Manager with CAD capabilities to oversee projects and provide support in the field, including the reverse engineering of old power plant equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AutoCAD Inventor and a background in structural steel.
\n Key Responsibilities:Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.Collaborate with teams to create and modify CAD drawings.Visit power plants to gather information and sketch equipment designs.Conduct reverse engineering of existing power plant equipment.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Must-Have Qualifications:CAD experience (AutoCAD Inventor, Tekla, or SDS).Experience with structural steel and construction projects.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and travel to job sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications:No engineering degree required; a background as a drafter with structural steel and CAD experience is acceptable.Experience in CAD modeling within the steel industry is highly preferred.
