We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for our commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance client. This individual will oversee the design, planning, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new construction or existing buildings within the commercial and industrial industries.
Responsibilities
•Oversee and supervise HVAC projects from start to finish
•Manage and coordinate HVAC technicians and subcontractors
•Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
•Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints
•Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
•Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
•Provide technical guidance and support to HVAC team members
•Maintain accurate project documentation and records
•Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

•Experience working with contracts, including reviewing, negotiating, and managing contract terms
•Proficiency in blueprint reading to interpret HVAC system designs and specifications
•Familiarity with construction management software such as HeavyBid, ProCore, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam
•Excellent project management skills to plan, organize, and execute HVAC projects
•Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards are met
•Proficient in project scheduling to create timelines and allocate resources accordingly
•3 years of PM experience within the commercial and/or industrial space
