Position Title: Project Manager
Pay Range: $90,000 - $115,000

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. This role encompasses the establishment and updating of project schedules, cost tracking, change order management, and coordination with subcontractors and owners. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:Manage project budgets and collaborate with subcontractors during the buyout process to ensure scope completeness and budget adherence.Define scopes of work and roles for subcontractors, setting clear expectations from the outset.Oversee procurement, bidding, and de-scoping processes for subcontractors.Prepare contracts and purchase orders.Develop project schedules prior to construction and maintain updates throughout the project lifecycle, encouraging subcontractor ownership of timelines.Address design issues or unforeseen conditions with subcontractors and the design team, providing solutions to complex problems.Process RFIs, CORs, PCOs, and change orders, ensuring proper documentation is shared for accurate assessments.Support superintendents in their duties to ensure project success.Ensure compliance with product specifications through the bidding and submittal process.Manage the entire project closeout process, including punch lists and warranty documentation.Knowledge & Skill Requirements:Previous experience in K-12 construction projects is preferred.Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.Proficient in planning, scheduling, and forecasting.Excellent attention to detail in both construction and financial aspects.Strong work ethic with a focus on results and collaboration.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and scheduling software (MS Project or similar).Familiarity with Procore (website & mobile app).Relevant training or certifications (safety, first aid, SWPPP, asbestos awareness, etc.) are advantageous.Work Conditions:
This position involves regular exposure to varying environmental conditions, including wet/humid environments, moving mechanical parts, and potential exposure to hazardous materials. Noise levels may also be high.
