Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns promptly.
* Collaborate with the design and architecture teams to ensure that project specifications are met and that the highest level of craftsmanship is maintained throughout the construction process.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
* Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project milestones, budgetary considerations, and any modifications to the original plans.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role within the high-end residential construction sector.
* Demonstrated experience managing and completing projects in San Francisco and/or the peninsula.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
