We are both contractor and construction management firm; operating in the San Francisco, Bay Area. Founded in the Bayview-Hunters Point in 2009, and a certified LBE; We have a community-driven business, dedicated to providing opportunities to the local underserved communities of San Francisco.
We are looking for an Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing civil work. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
Implement quality control and risk management strategies.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain positive client relationships.
