Every project starts as an idea....- Create and Lead Your Dream Team....- Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines....- Solve Issues That Arise....- Manage the Money....- Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction....- Evaluate Project Performance.**Qualifications**:- Exceptional ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities- Project portfolio or program management experience is a plus- Executive level reporting and communications skills- Risk management to properly identify risks on time, propose strategies, workaround and risk mitigation actions proactively- Project plan preparation from high level to technical details level, plan and estimate milestones/activities (effort/duration) and identify role/skills set per activity (system, OS, middleware..)- Infrastructure projects management experience (DR, obsolescence, hardening, Security, monitoring)- Software projects management experience is a plus (to understand SLDC and products lifecycle)- Exceptional ability to communicate technical decisions/issues to different stakeholders- PMP trained/certified- Strong organization skills (document, log and track actions, issues...)- Technical background is a plus (system engineer, IT operations,)- Experience working in a company based on ITIL environment (Change management, incident management, service management...) or ITIL certified.- Bilingual Spanish/English- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing infrastructure projectsAdditional Information- Salario base- Contrato indeterminado- Prestaciones de ley- Reparto de utilidades- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Herramientas de trabajo- Cursos, capacitaciones- Apoyo con certificaciones- Planes de carrera y crecimiento laboral
