Project Manager

Overall ownership & management of the Contract and the Client for the project's assigned. Responsible for the ultimate planning /scheduling /execution /quality /safety /billing /collections /performance of the projects assigned. : Lead planning and execution of civil projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Oversee quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance. Manage client communications, addressing concerns, and maintaining satisfaction. Lead and develop project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management. Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to construction. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
