Role Description We are looking for a Project Manager with a history of managing multiple and or highly complex projects and has literally no tolerance for excuses, missed deadlines or busted budgets. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
• Must possess technical skills to understand and interpret specifications and drawings, construction methods, and contract documents.
Responsible for generating requests for information and submittals
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work status, quality and adherence to safety regulations
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management
• Solve problems
Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Manager role
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, coordination, and construction management principles
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ground-up construction experience is highly desired • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred
