Project Manager

Now Hiring a Project Manager locally in the Nevada, IA area.


Our client specializes in Millwright, Ag, Industrial and Engineering Services throughout the Country.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity with excellent salary and full benefits package.


Duties:
-Meet with job site owners and manage milestones with teams, subs, and owners of sites.
Building relationships with every customer.
-Following project scopes for workers and subcontractors necessary to completing a project on-time and on-budget.
-Interviewing prospective subcontractors and developing selection criteria.
-On-site management daily, weekly, and monthly reviewing and ensuring all work is completed as scheduled and revising schedules as needed.
Document all delays being conveyed back to the customer

Annual salary is $130k/year.
