Job Description Manage all phases of high-end custom home construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final delivery.
Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
Oversee procurement of materials and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
Handle any unforeseen challenges or changes in project scope with strategic problem-solving.
Ensure project documentation, contracts, and reports are maintained accurately.

The Successful Applicant Minimum of 5 years of experience managing luxury residential projects, preferably custom homes.
Deep understanding of construction processes, architectural plans, and design elements.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, subcontractors, and team members effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and budgeting tools.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
