Description The MCA Connect Modern Platform Management (MPM) Project Manager is responsible for directing the post go-live activities of several Dynamics 365 projects. The typical portfolio will be 10-15 clients. As a Project Manager in MPM, the main responsibility will be coordinating the successful delivery of managed services solutions, to include: Service Desk Ticket Management, Environment Optimization and Management, and Decision Support activities that include customizations, enhancements, new functionality, training, business process reviews, and consulting services. Our projects are major strategic investments for our clients and their successful support and maintenance requires a project manager that is driven, proactive, creative, and assertive. This is a full-time salaried position with bonus.
\n ResponsibilitiesManage multiple client projects and drive client satisfaction. Transition projects from implementation team to Modern Platform Management. Provide leadership to all functional and business areas affected by the project. Develops and manages detailed project plans, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans. Drive project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation. Manages project deliverables, scope & expectations. Proactively communicates and reports status to executives, MCA Connect management and all other stakeholders by leveraging tools such as status reports, executive briefings, and active day to day team communication. Effectively communicates and collaborates with technical project team members to achieve project goals. Employs project management leading practices as provided by PMI and MCA Connect delivery standards. Provides leadership to project team members with respect to project management processes and best practices. Directly responsible for managing the project budget, and providing the predictive financial analysis required to deliver accurate project status. Coordinate customer invoicing, accounts receivable and providing project forecasting models. Work closely with the practice leadership team to evolve internal processes, standardization, case load management, and reporting metrics. Qualifications4+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) and/or CE/CRM a plus) Experience with IT implementation methodology across all phases of Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment and Operation Understanding of complete solution within the context of an integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy Well-developed planning, organizational and problem solving skills Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to allocate the correct resources to each project phase and monitor their performance Consensus driven management style that support a vast set of stakeholders Strong leadership, teambuilding and motivational skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to travel up to 40% of the time Desired QualificationsMicrosoft SureStep certified PMI certified Experience in Manufacturing industry Six Sigma certification or training
