The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical/HVAC projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical project management, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or piping projects. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, construction processes, and industry regulations.
