Spotify is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to manage the end-to-end workflow of baked-in podcast advertising reads across multiple shows. This role serves as the central point of coordination between podcast talent, producers, management teams, and client-facing project management vendors. You will excel at managing multiple deadlines, maintaining clear communication channels, and ensuring smooth delivery of ad reads while adapting to different talent preferences and workflows. Additionally, this role requires hands-on experience with audio and video editing to assist in ad insertion when needed.
\n What You'll DoManage master booking calendar for podcast ad recordings, ensuring optimal scheduling and timely delivery of all baked-in ad readsCoordinate between three vendor project management teams to track incoming ad requests and delivery deadlinesMaintain up-to-date project status in Asana, including tracking deliverables, deadlines, and communication threadsDistribute ad scripts to talent through their preferred communication channels (email or Asana) and ensure receipt confirmationFollow up with talent and producers to confirm recording dates and times, managing any scheduling conflicts or changesTrack completed recordings and verify proper delivery to relevant project management teamsIdentify and proactively address potential bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts that could impact delivery timelinesProvide regular status updates to all stakeholders regarding project progress and any potential delaysMaintain organized documentation of communication preferences, special requirements, and processes for each show/talent Who You Are3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in media, audio, or advertisingProficiency with Asana or similar project management toolsStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsExcellent communication skills and professional demeanor when working with talentDetail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilitiesExperience with calendar management and scheduling across multiple time zonesAbility to adapt communication style based on stakeholder preferencesUnderstanding of podcast production workflows (preferred)Proficiency with audio editing software (Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, or similar)Working knowledge of video editing software for video podcast contentExperience with Megaphone or similar podcast hosting platforms Where You'll BeThis position will be based in Los Angeles
\nThe United States base range for this position is $75,737 - $108,196 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
