Project Manager/Project Architect Job Summary: Join our expanding team at LAN Associates as an Architect Project Manager in our Goshen, NY office! You'll be responsible for managing a variety of K-12, commercial, and municipal projects, working hands-on from conceptual design to project close-out. Project Manager/Project Architect Responsibilities: Provide project team direction, schedule tasks, assess budgets, and ensure milestones are met Manage small teams of architects, designers, and draftspeople Contribute to the conceptual development of designs and presentations Assist with referendum planning for various Boards of Education and prepare NYSED project forms Conduct site visits to survey existing conditions and document findings through photos and field memos Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and feasibility studies Develop architectural schematic designs and construction documents in REVIT and AutoCAD Coordinate with design team members, senior management, and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle Attend project-related meetings and industry events Manage the construction administration process from contract award to project close-out Project Manager/Project Architect Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture Licensed Architect or on path to licensure (Registered Architect preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) Experience in K-12, Higher Education, and Municipal projects Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or REVIT Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to travel locally to job sites as needed (up to 20%) Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Who We Are: With more than 59 years of experience, LAN Associates is a full-service engineering, planning, architecture, and surveying firm responsible for over $250 million worth of construction per year.
