Currently, we are seeking a Construction Project Manager for a high-profile design-build project in Washington, D.C.
Position Overview
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring they are communicated clearly to all stakeholdersManage project budgets and resourcesMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project successFacilitate project meetings and ensure action items are completed on timeEnsure quality standards are met and projects are delivered to the highest standardQualifications Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in project managementExperience with Heavy-civil, concrete, and waterway construction projects required.Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership abilityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with project management software and toolsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
