Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Lanham, MD office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant and retail construction and will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction to completion.

Description Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of restaurant and retail construction projects.
Prepare detailed scopes of work and subcontracts, ensuring all specifications are met.
Conduct jobsite visits once a week, primarily in the MD, VA, and DC areas, ensuring projects stay on track and quality standards are upheld.
Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve any project issues promptly.
Utilize project management software, including MS Project and Timberline, to track project progress and budgets.
Occasionally travel out of state for short site visits, with full per diem coverage (hotels, food stipend, etc.).
Profile 7 years of experience working as a Project Manager for a general contractor, specifically within the restaurant and retail sectors.
Proven experience in writing scopes and managing subcontracts.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the President and senior leadership.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Project; experience with Timberline is a plus.
Willingness to conduct jobsite visits and occasionally travel as required by the project.
Job Offer Base Salary: $100k - $140k, commensurate with experience.
Bonus Potential: Up to $25,000 based on project performance.
