Project Manager - Robotics

The Project Manager is responsible for leading multi-functional teams to deliver automation and robotics projects.

Responsibilities
• Leads teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.• Develops Project Launch materials.• Manages and reports on project milestones, deliverables, and risks.• Maintains critical project documents.• Communicates with customers.• Identifies and manages scope deviations and change order protocols.• Supervises and coordinates staff engineers.• Assists with sales calls and project proposals.• Reports on project status to company leadership.• Controls project costs and administers contracts.• Sources and works with third-party contractors.• Develops standard operating procedures.• Confirms project performance.• Oversees and maintains a safe working environment.• Requires up to 15% travel within a 400-mile radius.
Requirements
• BA/BS degree in a related field or associate degree with project management experience.• Three years' experience in technical project management.• High level of technical proficiency.• Familiarity with automation equipment.• Proficient in CAD Tools (preferred).• Experience in custom automation/machine building (preferred).• Experience with robotic systems (preferred).• Familiarity with Industry Standards UL and CE (preferred).• Project Management Professional (PMP) license (preferred).• Knowledge of ERP and Project Management software (preferred).
