50yr established General Contractor, with lots of leadership opportunity within company, seeking an experienced PROJECT MANAGER . They like to involve entire staff in bigger conversations and important decisions. Management is very open and assessable. Fun family oriented and Work life balance/ culture.
* Needs 5+yrs experience in Ground Up Construction
* Candidate must have prior experience on Ground Up SChool Projects minimum
* Prefer knowledge of JOC Work (Job Order Contracting) if possible
* Other project experience helpful: Healthcare, Gov't, Technology, Hospitality, etc...
* Most work local
* Relocators accepted but prefer candidates to be from or have familiarity with the region or have a good reason for relocation
Compensation: Target $100-$140k but will consider candidates with higher salaries too. Car Allowance, Company CC, Per Diem if traveling (do a lot local), Performance Bonuses, PTO
