Duties:
1. Portfolio Planning, Development and Management
Responsible for the delivery and portfolio management of scope, cost, and schedules for all projects within their assigned projects2. Project Delivery
Manages self to plan, design and execute airport and commercial property facility and infrastructure construction projectsManages the programming, planning, design, construction, schedule, and budget related issues that pose challenges to the success of the project by drawing on knowledge of the planning, design, construction process knowledge and experienceAccountable for the compliance with budget, schedule, and scope of the projectsKnowledgeable of and responsible for full project life cycle from start to completionWill be held accountable for providing constant and transparent communication to their Team, Leadership, Stakeholders and Customers3. Experience
Aviation experience is preferred but not requiredDegree, technical degree and/or trades apprenticeship in the construction fieldPrefer 4-5+ years Planning, Design and Construction Experience4. Associated Projects within our SFO Portfolio:
30,000 sf tenant improvement project across two terminalsSFO gate hold room Modernization projectSFO Ticket Lobby Modernization project
Project will be both public facing and support areas.
