Additional skills: commercial, marketing, or product management experience in life science. Primary Function: Provide strategic and tactical leadership as a project manager.
The candidate will successfully organize, manage and implement high visibility projects with solutions that positively impact core business and commercial sales. Work as an overall support for the Commercial and Technical Programs Team. Ideally the candidate: Has Client experience or is familiar with Client Business Systems (DBS) tools, practices and procedures. Is familiar with Visual Project Management (VPM) and related Tools and advanced Project Management processes. Has demonstrated success in applying creative thinking and approach to removing roadblocks to complete critical project actions. Is comfortable communicating clearly to all levels in the organization. Can lead, delegate and provide strategic vision to the project team. Can work tactically with all project team members to understand technical, logistics and commercial challenges to solve project issues.
