Description 100% REMOTE OPPORTINITY - - IMMEDIATE HIRE - Salary $45,000 to $50,000+ depending on expereince

ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 35 years.
We are actively recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Project managers are responsible for the overall success of the projects and the team.
They need to be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and presentation skills.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work with our on-site technicians and or sub-contractors on daily work orders/job from inception to completion.
Planning: Creating a project plan and establishing a timeline Budgeting: Ensure that the project stays within budget Managing and allocating resources and onsite technicians: ensuring deliverables are on time, Leading others: Ensuring the people in your scope have the training and coaching they need to succeed Communicating: Keeping management, customer and technicians up to date on the project.
Including but not limited to, troubleshooting Monitoring progress: Tracking the project's progress, anticipating delays, and adjusting as needed Documenting: Maintaining project documentation within company systems and tools Additional responsibilities will be added as the job description evolves.


Position Requirements Job Requirements: 5 years+ hands on experience with maintenance & construction skilled trades (plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing) Experience working with self-performing labor Prior Project Management experience Must be a self-performer with minimum guidance Tech savvy and comfort in working with computers, phones, and other systems Strong problem-solving skills Must have the ability to manage employees and delegate them multiple tasks Effective interpersonal and communication skills Full-Time/Part-Time
