Project Office Manager

Century Group's client is looking for a Project Office Manager.
You will be responsible for coordinating office activities and maintains project-related files.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Expected starting base salary $42,000 to $60,000 per year.

Job Description: Assist the project manager in preparing and filing documents such as subcontracts, major purchase orders, and daily extra-work reports.

Set up and maintain project files, including subcontracts, purchase orders, vendor information, and general correspondence.

Prepare and distribute approved reports, including job and equipment summaries, field staff updates, and administrative time sheets.

Handle payroll checks distribution and reconcile approved bills by matching invoices with packing slips.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including UPS and overnight deliveries.

Process paperwork for newly hired and terminated employees. Qualifications: 2+ years of office experience and/or training in office procedures and operations.

Ability to organize office transactions and coordinate activities related to construction projects.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
