Project/Program Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support our Leadership Team on a long-term contract with the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) and the Regional Network Enterprise Center for the National Capital Region (RNEC-NCR).
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage on-boarding documents, forms, and training for new hires
* Own and update new hire presentations, training documentation, and new hire processes
* Prepare presentations and other materials to support project functions
* Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans
* Draft correspondence, reports, white papers, minutes, spreadsheets, communications products, briefs, and other documentation
* Maintain and track action items and participate in meetings
* Assist in tracking required certification status and expiration for a team of 80+
* Assist with the completion and submission of account forms for approval
* Responsible for process improvement initiatives and execution within areas of responsibility
* Provide timely status reporting to Program Managers and Team Leads on new hire status
* Provide daily staff tracking emails to Government managers
* Train and mentor new personnel on department policies and procedures
* Contribute to morale-building and team cohesion exercises and events as needed
**Requirements:**
* CAPM Certification - highly desired
* Secret Clearance (fully adjudicated) - required
* Experience with MS Office Suite of tools including O365, Sharepoint, and Powerpoint - required
* Visio experience preferred
